Ray Nano Science exclusively works on developing various nano products to address issues with the available conventional formulation. Ray Nano Urea is the first product by the company which has passed all the regulatory guidelines norms and tests and notified by the Fertilizer Control Order (FCO, 1985). Ray Nano Urea is specifically developed to meet the Farmer’s requirement which includes low cost, ease in transportation and application and environment safe. Ray Nano Urea can efficiently deliver required nitrogen nutrient to plant leaves through foliar application using Knapsack Spray Pump or UAV’s (Drone). Because of higher surface area, requirement of nitrogen by plants can be effectively deliver through foliar spray of Ray Nano Urea compared to top dressed application of conventional urea. Ray Nano Urea application has potential to replace 100% top dressed conventional urea application with no compromise in yield or quality of produce with added advantage of environment safe.

Dosage

Ray Nano Urea is designed to meet the nitrogen requirement of all crops applied through top dressing using conventional urea fertilizers. Dosage of Ray Nano Urea is fixed at 3-5ml depending upon the crop and other environmental factors which includes soil, basal applied nitrogen, previous crop etc. Atleast two spray of Ray Nano Urea is required to replaced top dressed urea application. However, depending upon the duration of crops, varieties and other seasonal factors like humidity, rain etc. number of applications may also get increased.

  1. Read the instructions mentioned overleaf for the precautions to be taken while using the nanoproduct. Shake the bottle well so as to mixed the product evenly.
  2. Take half amount of total water required for using in the pump.
  3. Carefully opened the Ray Nano Urea bottle and mixed required amount (ml) of product in pump. (Note: 3-5 ml of Ray Nano Urea is required for 1 litre of water; therefore for preparing 10 litre of solution mixed 30-50 ml of Ray Nano Urea)
  4. Mixed the content using clean and dust-free stick or rod.
  5. Finally, mixed remaining amount of water to prepare nano urea formulation for application. 
  6. After the spraying is over, wash the pump with normal water thoroughly.

(Note: Mode of operation for UAV’s (Drone) is depended upon drone (capacity, speed and durability, range etc.)  crop (size, canopy etc.), air direction, humidity, weather conditions etc.)

Usage

Ray Nano Urea is best applied as the foliar application through a flat fan nozzle or UAV’s (Drone). Ray Nano Urea spray formulation can be prepared as follows:

  1. Purchase the product from an authorized distributor and/or dealer.
  2. Check for expiry, leakage or any other similar deformities on bottle.
  3. Don’t buy the product if the seal is broken.
  4. Clean, dust and suspended particles free water is to be used for preparing the solution.

  1. Mixed the nano product with the water as mentioned in the procedural steps.
  2. Ray Nano Urea is safe to use; however, as a precautionary measure, Company recommends to apply mask and gloves during mixing and at the time of application of product.
  3. Store the bottle either packed or opened in clean and humidity free environment. The temperature of storing is the main factor once the bottle is opened as higher temperature (>25-28°C) may bring undesired changes in the product. Prolonged sun exposure should be strictly avoided.
  4. Company recommends to utilize the complete Ray Nano Urea content once it is open for use. However, the effectiveness of the product is not compromised if the storage conditions are strictly followed.
  5. At-most care should be taken while spraying the formulations. In case of accidental exposure of Nano formulation into eyes or any other dermal surfaces; frequent washing the exposed area with clean water is required. Immediate medical attention is required in case of accidental drinking of formulation.
  6. The bottle either sealed or opened should be strictly placed on a higher location so that small children or animals won’t have assessed.
